The winery is located on land whose surface area is 24,237 m2 and other owned land, with vineyards and olive trees, for a total of 80,000 m2 more. Within the D.O. Protected from Jumilla there is no ARTESANAL winery and ECOLOGICAL. The main activity of the WINERY is the PREPARATION and AGEING of wines, it has a capacity to produce 200,000 Kgs. of grapes, all on the selection table and 1,000,000 liters of storage. From the main nave we access the 300m2 basement (excavated 5 meters deep). depth in the slope of the mountain taking advantage of its unevenness) where the FRENCH OAK AND AMERICAN OAK barrels, at a temperature of 18º degrees all year round. Monastrell, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties.
